We have a 15-day free return/ exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.
You can qualify for a 30-day return after receiving your item for a fee of $6.00 USD. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene concerns the following items cannot be returned and are considered FINAL SALE:
- All jewerly (no exceptions)
- Intimates/ undergarments/ underwear
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Shipping costs will not be credited
If your return does not adhere to our return requirements it will be sent back to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, unstained, free of perfume odors, free of make-up stains, or any stains, must have all tags, including any Dani & Mia handtags and in its original packaging. If any of the tags have been removed or cut it will immediately disqualify the item for any return or exchange and it will be returned to the customer. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back.
